The short version: this site collects what you type into its forms, uses it to reply to you, and does nothing else with it. The longer version is below.
What I collect
From the contact form: your name, email address and the message you wrote.
From the project scoping tool: your answers, your name and email, and your company and phone number if you chose to give them.
Nothing else. This site has no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers of any kind — not because they are hard to add, but because I have no use for them.
What it is used for
To reply to you, to prepare the proposal you asked for, and to keep a record of what was quoted and when.
Your details are never sold, rented or passed to anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
In a Supabase database, on a site hosted by Vercel. Both hold the data on my behalf and under their own security terms.
Only I can read it: the database refuses to hand these records to anyone who is not signed in as the administrator.
How long it is kept
While there is a reason to keep it — an active project, or an enquiry that might still become one — and then no longer than needed.
Ask me to delete your enquiry and I will delete it.
What stays on your own device
Your theme choice (tugscode-theme) and your language (tugscode-lang), so the site looks the way you left it.
An unfinished scoping form (tugscode-scoping-draft), so you can close the tab and come back to it. It stays on your device until you submit the form, and clearing your browser data removes it.
None of these are used to identify or follow you.
Payments
The coffee page creates a QPay invoice. The payment itself happens inside your own banking app — your card and account details never pass through this site and I never see them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Send an email and I will do it — no forms, no process.
Getting in touch
Any question about either document — or a request about your own data — comes to me directly:
